These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Wild Home Whimsy website and the purchase of our products.

1. General

By purchasing from Wild Home Whimsy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update them at any time.

2. Products & Availability

All Wild Home Whimsy collections are created from original artworks.

• Art prints are released in limited editions (typically 50)
• Homeware items may be offered as open editions
• Once a collection is sold out, it will not be reproduced

We reserve the right to withdraw products at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full when placing an order unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within stated timeframes. Delivery times may vary depending on location and production delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.

6. Returns & Refunds

As many products are made-to-order:

• Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged items
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused and in original condition

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Slight variations in colour or print

7. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of Wild Home Whimsy. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used without permission.

9. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are subject to agreed pricing, minimum order quantities, and payment terms. Products are supplied for resale and may not be altered or reproduced.

10. Commissioned Work

For commissioned collections:

• A £500 commission fee is required to begin work
• A minimum £500 product order applies
• The creative direction remains with Wild Home Whimsy
• Once a concept is approved, the commission fee is non-refundable
• Timelines are estimates and may vary

Each commissioned piece is unique and may be offered as a private or limited release as agreed.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
